The Maarea Hotel 3* a Milano Marittima is situated in a quiet location but within walking distance of the city centre, a city famous for its glamour, I shopping and the night-time entertainment.
Equally close are the sea and the beach, which can be used freely or through conventions with the Milano Marittima hotel. Among the affiliated establishments is the famous Papeete Beach.
In addition, the Maarea is located 100 metres from places of national appeal such as the famous Papeete discotheque and a 45-minute drive from Rimini-Miramare airport.
Inside the hotel we have a pleasant, shady, fenced-in garden as well as a small car park. Due to its central location, the car park does not have a large capacity, so it is our duty to inform our guests in advance.

The restaurant offers typical dishes from the Romagna tradition, with a special focus on those with food intolerances and children.
The staff is on hand to make your stay as peaceful and comfortable as possible, and the relaxed atmosphere is the jewel in the crown.
Also the small dogs are welcome, but in public areas they must be kept on a leash.
